Hypnosis Scripts
Many hypnotists, particularly those starting out, benefit greatly from hypnosis scripts. It is always good to fall back on something tried and tested and it can quickly move your abilities forward. As you improve you will find the more experienced hypnotists or hypnotherapists will develop the ability to come up with suggestions based on the situation and use scripts less and less.

I would suggest that you get to grips with these and develop a swipe file for all occasions. This will include inducing a state of hypnosis, implanting a suggestion and then how to free someone from their trance state.
Along with these you should be conscious of the types of situations you will require scripts. Are you going to be using them professionally for the purposes of helping people stop smoking, losing weight, stop nail biting etc. or for stage hypnosis perhaps? If so then you will need to have something for every possible scenario.
The last thing in the world you want is for somebody to put you in a tough spot where you need to be searching for the right script. So create this swipe file and then learn as much as possible.
Do not be too concerned about reading from it, particularly as you are starting out. Try not to make it sound too monotonous but this is better than extended pauses or rooting around looking for the right thing when your mind goes blank.
As you get used to saying the words and get comfortable with it you can then start to deviate and create your own personalised scripts. You may find they work a lot better as you become more experienced and attuned to a persons needs.
